1. Discount Code Policy

Discount codes cannot be combined with promotional offers such as "Buy X Get Y Free" (e.g., Buy 2 Shirts, Get 1 Free). Only one type of promotion or discount may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Shipping Policy

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location. Estimated delivery times for our free shipping are 10-14 days. 

  • Shipping times may be delayed during large events such as Black Friday and Christmas. 

  • Football Shirts have an increased chance of being inspected at customs, which can cause delays.  

3.  Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn and original condition.

  • Customers must contact us via our chat support before returning any item.

  • Customised items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If an item is defective, we will resend it free of charge. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you believe your item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the problem. 

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.

6. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds. 

  • We reserve the right to change product prices, availability, or promotional terms at any time without notice.

7. Customs and Import Duties

  • Some countries may be subject to import taxes or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Store Credit and Gift Cards

  • Store credits and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • They can be used on any item unless otherwise specified.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All custom content on our website (designs, logos, images, etc.) is the property of The Shirt Plugs and cannot be reproduced without permission.
