Refund policy

Returns:

If you wish to complete a return to change size please open the chat box in the bottom right corner of our website or DM us on Instagram @ShopShirtPlugs 

Please follow our size chart to ensure you get the perfect fit.

We cannot accept returns if a shirt has a custom name and number that is not of a current player.  

We cannot accept a return without tags. 

We also cannot accept the return if it has been over 7 days since you received your order. 

You cannot exchange a mystery item for another item.

(Exchanges must be for a new size of the same item)

We will provide a refund if the item you have ordered is out of stock however, we only offer exchanges for other reasons. 

Please note our returns address is in Australia. 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we determine an issue, we will resend your order immediately.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at theshirtplugs@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations:  

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

A £5 cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled orders.

This fee helps cover transaction fees, staff time, and processing costs associated with preparing your order.

Please note:

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

• Refunds will be issued minus the £5 fee, provided the cancellation request is received before dispatch.

We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, but this is highly dependent on order volumes at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched during peak sale periods. If you have not received an order within the approximate time frame, please open a chat in the bottom right corner of our website.
