Refund policy

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or would like to exchange your shirt for another item, please contact us by opening the chat box in the bottom-right corner of our website or by sending us a DM on Instagram @ShopShirtPlugs.

To help ensure the best fit, we recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.

We are an exchange-only store. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply no longer wanting the item. Refunds are only available if an item cannot be supplied, such as when it is out of stock.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • Shirts with custom names and numbers that are not current players cannot be exchanged.
  • Mystery items cannot be exchanged.

Please note that our returns address is located in Australia, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Please note that the size chart is intended as a guide only. Since our shirts are produced by different manufacturers, sizing can vary slightly from one shirt to another. Measurements may differ by a few centimetres, which is considered normal.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we determine an issue, we will resend your order immediately.

If more than 15  days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our chatbox. 

Order Cancellations:  

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

£5 cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled orders.

This fee helps cover transaction fees, staff time, and processing costs associated with preparing your order.

Please note:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds will be issued minus the £5 fee, provided the cancellation request is received before dispatch.

We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, but this is highly dependent on order volumes at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched during peak sale periods. If you have not received an order within the approximate time frame, please open a chat in the bottom right corner of our website.
