Shipping Times:

Once you place your order, it will take 2-4 days for it to be shipped, and then it should be expected to arrive within 10-14 days, depending on your location.

We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, but this is highly dependent on order volumes at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched during peak sale periods. If you have not received an order within the approximate time frame, please open a chat in the bottom right corner of our website. 

Please note: The Shirt Plugs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error and will not offer refunds or replacements in such cases. We will not resend your order if the provided address is incorrect. Additionally, The Shirt Plugs is not liable for orders that are not collected from the post office on time or are not collected during delivery attempts. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and that you are available to receive your package.

Football shirts have an increased chance of being inspected by customs during international transit. This can result in shipping delays of up to 10 days beyond the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and patience should your order be affected.

During sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to arrive. We aim to dispatch packages within 4 business days during our major sale periods. However some carriers may face delays during these times.
